Return & Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty for all ASIC miners follows the official manufacturer's warranty policy. LeedMiner does not provide independent warranty — all warranty claims are handled according to the original manufacturer's terms.

  • Brand new miners: 1-year (12 months) warranty from the manufacturer, starting from the date of delivery
  • Used/refurbished miners: No warranty unless specifically stated on the product page
  • Warranty coverage, terms, and claim procedures are subject to each manufacturer's official policy (Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan, etc.)

LeedMiner will assist you in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer. Contact us for support.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation, operation, or maintenance
  • Power surges, lightning strikes, or unstable electrical supply
  • Physical damage (dropping, water damage, fire)
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or firmware changes
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Use in conditions outside manufacturer-recommended temperature/humidity ranges

3. Return Policy

Before Shipping (Order Cancellation): Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the product has been shipped. Contact us at info@leedminer.com as soon as possible.

After Delivery (Defective Products): If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: Due to the specialized nature of mining equipment and rapid price fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully review product specifications and profitability estimates before purchasing.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@leedminer.com with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue. Include photos or video showing the problem.
  2. Manufacturer Coordination: We will help you coordinate the warranty claim with the manufacturer (Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan, etc.) according to their official warranty procedures.
  3. Resolution: Based on the manufacturer's assessment, the resolution may include:
    • Remote troubleshooting guidance
    • Replacement parts from the manufacturer
    • Return for repair at the manufacturer's service center
    • Replacement unit (subject to manufacturer policy)
  4. Shipping: Shipping costs for warranty repairs follow the manufacturer's policy. We will advise you on the specific process for your miner's brand.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Order cancellation before shipping: Full refund within 5-7 business days
  • Defective product (unrepairable): Full refund or replacement at customer's choice
  • Delayed shipping (over 30 days): Full refund available upon request

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the USD equivalent at the time of the original purchase.

6. Shipping Damage

If your miner arrives with visible shipping damage:

  • Document the damage with photos before opening the package
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not discard the original packaging — it may be needed for the shipping insurance claim

We insure all shipments and will handle the claim process on your behalf.
